 Child'Space Connections offers an applied skills continuing education program for professionals who work with parents and their infants from birth through independent walking. Parent educators, home visitors, child development specialists and allied paraprofessionals learn to educate parents in how to use touch and movement play to support their baby's developmental growth. These hands-on skills provide proprioceptive information that increases the infant's awareness of body parts and self, stimulating the early brain mapping that is the foundation for motor, psychological, social and cognitive learning.
